All My Hope
Happy Sunday everyone!!
6 DAYS, so close...
Yes, the point of selling these bracelets has been to raise money to build homes for those who are in need, but it has become so much more than that. Throughout the past four months, I have had the opportunity to meet so many people that I would have never met otherwise. In the moment I hadn't realized it, but many of the conversations that I was able to have, were really what was helping prepare my heart for this trip.
Today, I am so blessed and proud to announce that throughout the months of October to February, with YOUR help, we have been able to raise over $3400 in profit.
That is enough for one home alone!!
I'm currently listening to a worship playlist on Spotify. "All My Hope" by Crowder is a song that I hadn't heard until this very moment, and the lyrics in this song hold so much value and truth. "All my hope is in Jesus, thank God my yesterday's gone." I can't help but want to dance around a room singing this; ALL of my hope. Throughout these past four months, I have had to surrender and put all my hope in THE ONLY ONE who can put me back on my feet, and help make selling these bracelets be so successful.
Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say it again: Rejoice! Let your gentleness be evident to all. The Lord is near. -Philippians 4:4-5
And TODAY we rejoice, as The Lord is near and has delivered just as he has promised.
It's still all very surreal to me.
Thank you everyone for all the love. Prayers while we are in El Salvador would be so greatly appreciated.
